IMPORTANT BROKER COURSE DETAILS

REFUND POLICY
$150 of the 90 hour basic broker course registration fee is non-refundable.

$75 of the 30 hour broker office management course registration fee is non-refundable.

$75 of the 30 hour broker ethics/agency course registration fee is non-refundable.

After the 1st scheduled class, all fees are non-refundable. Students are required to confirm if the course fits within their schedule before registering. Students who register for a course, then need to take the course at a later date, have 6 months from initial registration to transfer to a new course schedule with Burgos Realty Academy. A $65 transfer fee will apply. Ask us about or download and review full school policies and NJ state requirements before you register.

COURSE TIME AND EXAMS
Students MUST attend 80% both of the 30 hour and 90 hour course class times. After students pass the school final exam, in order to receive a broker real estate license in addition to the other state of New Jersey requirements, students will need to pass and schedule the State of New Jersey Real Estate Broker Licensing Exam.
STUDENT RESPONSIBILITY
Broker candidates must be licensed for 3 years before sitting for the NJ Broker real estate exam. It is the student's responsibility to confirm (before registration) by review of the school policies and state license eligibility requirements if they would be eligible to receive a real estate broker license after they complete the requirements.

It is also the student's responsibility to confirm if this course is required as some broker candidates qualify for waivers through the NJ real estate commission.
