IMPORTANT BROKER COURSE DETAILS
Broker candidates must be licensed for 3 years before sitting for the NJ Broker real estate exam. It is the student's responsibility to confirm (before registration) by review of the school policies and state license eligibility requirements if they would be eligible to receive a real estate broker license after they complete the requirements.
It is also the student's responsibility to confirm if this course is required as some broker candidates qualify for waivers through the NJ real estate commission.
