PRE ENROLLMENT ELIGIBILITY REVIEW
It is the future agent's responsibility (before registration) to confirm by review of the license eligibility info if they would be eligible to receive a real estate license after they complete the course requirements and exam.
SCHEDULING

Future agents are required to confirm if the real estate course fits within their schedule before registering.
CLASS TRANSFER
CLASS TRANSFER
Students who register for a course, and later have a scheduling conflict, must notify us immediately and have 6 months from initial registration to transfer to a new course schedule with Burgos Realty Academy. A $65 transfer fee will apply.
REFUNDS
$15 - $65 of the registration fee for Continuing Ed. is non-refundable.
$135 of the registration fee for Pre-Licensing is non-refundable.
$225 of the registration fee for the Broker course is non-refundable.
The above stands unless otherwise noted upon registration.
After the 1st scheduled class, fees are non-refundable.
REAL ESTATE SCHOOL FINAL EXAM AND STATE EXAM
After students pass the school final exam, in order to receive a real estate license in addition to the other state of New Jersey requirements, students will need to pass and schedule the State of New Jersey Real Estate Licensing Exam.
