Course Info & Registration

 WHAT YOU MUST KNOW BEFORE YOU REGISTER 


$135 of the registration fee is non-refundable.

After the 1st scheduled class, all fees are non-refundable.

Students are required to confirm if the course fits within their schedule before registering. Students who register for a course, then have a scheduling conflict, have 6 months from initial registration to transfer to a new course schedule with Burgos Realty Academy. A $65 transfer fee will apply.

It is the student's responsibility (before registration) to confirm by review of the prospective student eligibility requirements if they would be eligible to receive a real estate license after they complete the requirements. You can check the How To Get Licensed tab on this site or download the license eligibility info below.

After students pass the school final exam, in order to receive a real estate license in addition to the other state of New Jersey requirements, students will need to pass and schedule the State of New Jersey Real Estate Licensing Exam.
