Can I buy a Burgos Realty Academy course as a gift?

Yes. Burgos Realty Academy courses and exam preparation programs can be purchased as gifts. You can choose an available course and available schedule for the recipient or let the recipient select a schedule that works for them.

Do I need to choose a specific class schedule when I purchase the gift?

No. If you already know the course and schedule they want, you can select it. If you are not sure, you can either let the recipient choose when they receive their gift or reach out to us to discuss the best option before you purchase.

Does the recipient have to choose their class before I purchase the gift?

No. If you know which upcoming class works for the recipient, you can select it when submitting your gift request. For courses with flexible scheduling options, you can also purchase the course and allow the recipient to choose their class later.

How does payment work when I gift a real estate course?

After you submit your gift request, Burgos Realty Academy will review the details and send you instructions to complete payment. The recipient will not be asked to pay unless you specifically request a different arrangement.

How long is my gift course purchase valid?

Your Burgos Realty Academy gift course purchase is valid for one year from the original date of purchase. The gift recipient must select their course or schedule and redeem the gift within that one-year period.

How is the gift delivered, and can I include a personal message?

Yes. You can include a short message from you to the recipient, and we will send the gift details to the recipient using the contact information you provide.

What if I choose the wrong course or schedule?

No worries. While gift course purchases are non-refundable, we understand that plans and needs can change. Burgos Realty Academy is happy to work with you or your gift recipient to select another eligible course or schedule that better suits their needs, subject to availability.

If the change is an even exchange—the same course with a different schedule (within 1 year of the original purchase)—we will honor the original purchase and make the schedule change at no additional charge.

If the change is an uneven exchange—a different course (within 1 year of the original purchase)—we will apply the amount originally paid toward the newly selected course. You or your gift recipient will be responsible for any additional cost. If the new course costs less, any remaining credit will be applied to the gift recipient's account and may be used for up to one year from the date of the initial exchange.

Gift purchases include one course or schedule adjustment at no additional charge. Any subsequent adjustments will be subject to Burgos Realty Academy's policies and applicable fees in effect at that time.
