If the New Jersey Real Estate Commission (NJREC) has approved your education waiver, you may qualify to complete the required 15-hour Salesperson Refresher Course instead of repeating New Jersey's full 75-hour pre-licensing course.

Students are required to confirm if the real estate course fits within their schedule before registering.
CLASS TRANSFER
CLASS TRANSFER
Students who register for a course or study session, and later have a scheduling conflict, must notify us immediately and have 6 months from initial registration to transfer to a new course schedule with Burgos Realty Academy. A $65 transfer fee will apply.
