The ABR® designation course is designed for licensed real estate agents who are ready to strengthen their buyer business as a buyers agent or positioning as a sellers agent—whether you are earning your ABR® designation for the first time or refining how you currently serve buyers.

It is also ideal for other real estate professionals actively working with clients who want to improve their process, increase conversion, and move beyond transactions into intentional, high-level buyer representation.

Course Objectives

IMPORTANT ABR® COURSE DETAILS

REFUND POLICY
Course fee is non-refundable. Students may request a credit by the first day of the course in the event they are unable to participate in the course. Credits will be valid for any course with Burgos Realty Academy for up to 1 year from the start date of the course.

COURSE TIME AND EXAMS
No exams are required to receive the ABR designation at this time.

CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDITS
Students licensed in any state can take the course. However, no CE credit is being offered at this time.
STUDENT RESPONSIBILITY
Students MUST attend 80% of the course class times to receive the designation. 

Students are required to confirm if the course fits within their schedule before registering. 

NON NAR MEMBERS
Individuals who are not members of the National Association or Realtors (NAR) are welcomed to take this course and receive this valuable information. However, designations are only offered by NAR to members.
