This real estate pre-licensing course is scheduled to take place on Monday - Friday from 8:30am-4:30pm from March 16th to March 27th.

IMPORTANT PRE-LICENSING COURSE DETAILS

REFUND POLICY
$135 of the registration fee is non-refundable. After the 1st scheduled class, all fees are non-refundable. Students are required to confirm if the course fits within their schedule before registering. Students who register for a course, then need to take the course at a later date, have 6 months from initial registration to transfer to a new course schedule with Burgos Realty Academy. A $65 transfer fee will apply. Ask us about or download and review full school policies and NJ state requirements before you register.

COURSE TIME AND EXAMS
Students MUST attend 80% of the 75 hour course class time. After students pass the school final exam, in order to receive a real estate license in addition to the other state of New Jersey requirements, students will need to pass and schedule the State of New Jersey Real Estate Licensing Exam.
STUDENT RESPONSIBILITY
It is the student's responsibility to confirm (before registration) by review of the school policies and state license eligibility requirements if they would be eligible to receive a real estate license after they complete the requirements.
