75 Hour
NJ Pre-Licensing Course with textbook included
Prepare to launch your real estate career with New Jersey’s required 75-hour Pre-Licensing Course, taught online by a live Burgos Realty Academy licensed real estate instructor. This course satisfies the NJ Real Estate Commission’s education requirement and is designed to help you pass the state exam with confidence.
You’ll receive expert instruction, real-time Q&A, structured guidance, and support throughout—all from the comfort of your own space.
This course is scheduled to take place on Tuesday, Thursday from 5:30pm - 10pm and Saturday from 8:00am - 12:30pm. The course begins on Tuesday, October 7, 2025, and runs through Saturday, November 15, 2025.
KNOW BEFORE YOU REGISTER: $135 of the registration fee is non-refundable. After the 1st scheduled class, all fees are non-refundable. Students are required to confirm if the course fits within their schedule before registering. Students who register for a course, then need to take the course at a later date, have 6 months from initial registration to transfer to a new course schedule with Burgos Realty Academy. A $65 transfer fee will apply. Ask us about or download and review full school policies and NJ state requirements before you register.
It is the student's responsibility to confirm (before registration) by review of the prospective student policies and state requirements if they would be eligible to receive a real estate license after they complete the requirements. After students pass the school final exam, in order to receive a real estate license in addition to the other state of New Jersey requirements, students will need to pass and schedule the State of New Jersey Real Estate Licensing Exam.
